Shipping rates
These rates apply to orders within Canada and the UNITED STATES only.
Shipping is free on all purchases of $49.5 CAD or more before taxes for Canada only (exceptions: For Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and some exceptions: shipping charges may apply).
Your order will normally be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once the shoe has been shipped. You can check the status on the shipping company's website using your tracking number.
Anyone picking up an order placed online for in-store pickup must be accompanied by a photo ID confirming the address on the order. A photocopy of this ID will be taken for our records.
Returns and exchanges
Return policy:
* If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund applied to the original method of payment with original receipt. Be sure to inform us by email prior to the return or exchange of the merchandise. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs on returns/exchanges must be paid by the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs on returns. On orders returned more than once, we will deduct OUR shipping costs from the refund.
FINAL SALE: Any item in ''Final Sale'' is neither exchangeable nor refundable. That is, any sale of 40% or more.
Our insoles are not returnable or exchangeable due to hygiene.
Maintenance products are not returnable.
Any package returned to us, unclaimed, refused, or due to an incorrect address you provided, will be subject to a $12.5 handling fee in addition to the round-trip shipping charges.
All sales in the United States are FINAL SALES. No returns or exchanges due to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees...
NOTE: Please note that all returns must be in their original, new condition. and in their original box or packaging. Worn shoes are non-refundable. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or credit you, including shipping costs.
All sales are final 30 days after purchase!
